Attention Property Managers |
|
If you
haven't seen the newest, revolutionary carpet options for your properties -
I recommend you take a look. I think you'll like what you see.
You'll probably even want to try our newest carpets made with PTT. PTT was recently
granted a fiber extension. That puts it in a class all by itself
- just
like nylon, polyester, and polypropylene (aka olefin). One major
difference: PTT tends to take on all the best properties of all
the the aforementioned fibers . . . but none of the bad. Imagine .
. . a soft carpet that takes on resiliency of nylon, along with the
stain resistance of polyester and the fade and chemical resistance of
olefin. Best of all, it's affordable going in and is easily the
best value. You're tenants will have a carpet that will look better,
longer. And you'll benefit by extending the life of the carpet.
Ultimately, significantly lowering the capital expense of the carpet. |

Here's Some Background . . .
(it's a little tricky) |
PTT was
originally developed by Shell Chemicals. Kepple's Carpet has been
installing this Shaw-manufactured carpet for about seven years under the
brand name of "Corterra." In an interesting turn of events,
Mohawk teamed with duPont (the inventors of Stainmaster) to develop their own PTT.
Mohawk marketed the fiber as "SmartStrand." Realizing,
appreciating and, most importantly, understanding the difference and
performance benefits of this unique new fiber, duPont-Mohawk went for
and was granted a fiber extension. The technical fiber extension name is Triexta (don't
ask me why). Mohawk is now poised to be a major force in the
multi-family housing market. If they play their cards right they
should become the market leader. We'll see how
they do.
In the meantime give me a call. I'd
like to, personally answer any questions or give a full demonstration
and estimate. My number is 609-254-9724. Ask for Doug. |
